What customers say?

“ Don’t expect the food would taste good, but still definitely need to try it if you are fans of Dragon Quest ”

- Andrew-Drew -

“ It was delicious, looked cute, and lifted my spirits. I got stuck in Dragon Quest, so I used it halfway through. It was a nice change of pace, and I was able to complete the game quickly afterwards, so I'm glad I used W. ”

“ We visited as a couple on a weekday afternoon. I've been to Luidae's in Akihabara a few times, but this was my first time here, so I went with high expectations. The building is a single-story structure, and the overall atmosphere is reminiscent of the large inn in Dragon Quest. However, the skeleton ceiling and spotlights create a stylish atmosphere inside the restaurant. It has a modern antique, or perhaps a renovated feel, and you can almost feel like you're in a large studio. Each menu item is purchased from a ticket machine, and the food selection is surprisingly limited compared to Akihabara. The drink menu also seemed a bit limited. Due to the time of day and the weather, there were no other customers, so I was alone in the large space. The Killer Machine plate was visually appealing, but the blue color of the rice made it a bit off-putting. The food itself was delicious. Character-themed dishes are generally not very cost-effective, but the Dragon Quest worldview adds to the experience, so I had a satisfying time. ”

“ Good food especially when you did the park first you really get excitement service is decent but not great the atmosphere is inside not outside ”

- Marco Cosentino -

“ The bar’s décor and menu are filled with nostalgic references that fans will love, but even newcomers can enjoy its whimsical charm. From its interactive food options to its lively atmosphere, Luida’s Bar offers a unique blend of dining and storytelling. The bar itself is named after Luida (or Patty in English), a recurring character in the Dragon Quest series who helps players form their party. ”

“ I quite enjoyed my meal at Luida’s Bar. It was a lot of fun to eat here, especially if you are a fan of Dragon Quest. The Dragon Quest meals are fun and imaginative. Each menu item is Dragon Quest themed. I ordered the hamburg steak set, which was awesome. Also ordered the metal slime curry , which was pretty good (needed a bit more spice, veggies and meat). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fairly spacious and clean. You order your food from a kiosk and pick it up when it’s ready. Enjoy ”

“ We went to Luidae's Tavern, located inside the Dragon Quest theme park Nijigen no Mori on Awaji Island. Being right on the Dragon Quest generation, we ordered a variety of dishes without worrying about the cost, and it came to about 10,000 yen for our family of four. Some items were sold out, so we ordered the Hero's Adventure Lunch Box, Onion King Keema Curry, Whole Onion Slime Hamburger Steak, and Fluffy Slime Chocolate Pancakes. The price is measured in gold, which emphasizes the restaurant's unique atmosphere. While I wasn't expecting much from the food, the curry and hamburger were passable, and the vegetables were fresh and delicious, so I was very satisfied. Since it was an amusement restaurant, I tried not to think about value for money, but as someone familiar with Dragon Quest, it was fun. I wish the restrooms had been a little more Dragon Quest-esque, but the decor was just average, which was disappointing. I wish they'd put as much effort into the Nintendo Toad Cafe at Universal Studios Japan. ”
